Form Panels

1. Begin by using /form panel create command and give the panel a name.

   
2. The following wizard will pop up where you can specify all questions of the form, choose logs channel and other configuration

   
3. Click on Config button to choose

• Form Thread Name: Private thread name when users click on the form fill button.

• Form Created Reply: Message users get when they click the form fill button.

• Form Submitted Reply: Message users get when they finish submitting the form.

  

1. Next choose Logs Channel, which is the channel that you will receive all form submissions from this panel on.

   
2. Now let's add some questions. Start by pressing Questions button down below

   
3. Click Add Question then choose the question type, for this example will we choose Open Ended Questions

   
4. Click Config to specify the question

   
5. Now let's add another one by clicking Add Question. We will choose Rating Question as Type and Button as Input Type

   
6. Click Config to specify the question and its options which are Minimum Scale and Maximum Scale then click Submit

   
7. Now let's do one more by clicking Add Question to show you more options we have. We will choose Yes/No Question as Type but this time Select Menu as Input Type

   
8. Click Config to specify the question then click Submit

   
9. Now we have 3 questions of different types as shown below. Click Save

   
10. As you can see, after you click Save on the form panel. You can now edit it again using Edit button or delete it using Delete button.
