Ticket Embeds

  1. Now with the ticket panel done. Let's create our ticket embed by using /admin-ticket embed create command and giving it a name.

  2. The following wizard will pop up where you can specify embed configuration and all button panels associated with it.

  3. Click Embed button and give the embed Title, Description, Hex Color, Footer and Image then click Submit. Note that all these options are optional but its better to set them for a clear embed style

  4. Now as you can see, the embed changed according to the configuration we set before

  5. Now let's add some button ticket panels to this embed. Start by pressing Panels button down below

  6. Click Add Panel

  7. Click Button to configure

  • Button Label: Text shown on the button

  • Button Color: 0 for Grey, 1 for Blurple, 2 for Green and 3 for Red.

  • Button Emoji: Emoji shown on the button then click Submit

  1. Now for the best part, choose from the select menu the Ticket Panel name as the one we created before in the guide. In our case it was called panel then click Save

  2. As you can see, after you click Save on the ticket embed. You can now send it to any channel you want using Send button, edit it again using Edit button or delete it using Delete button.

  3. Click Send and specify a channel to send the embed to. The embed will then be sent to the channel you specified as shown below.

  4. Now clicking on Ticket Button will create a private thread for the user to answer all ticket related questions we specified before. In the image the first open ended question is shown.
